Refund/exchange is possible on any defective, damaged or wrong product without any deduction fees. If you would like to return a product because you don’t like it, you can exchange or return the product within 7 days from the day you receive it. If you wish to exchange it with another product, the exchange fees will be 70 LE. If you wish to refund it and receive your money back, 140 LE will be deducted from the total fees paid (70 LE shipping paid the first time + 70 LE refund fees charged by the courier company to pick up the product and return the money back).

*To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
